1. Introduction
Welcome to NeuroStack ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services at NeuroStack.digital. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
NeuroStack offers AI software development and business integration solutions, including custom software projects, consulting, and system integrations tailored to your operational needs.
3. Digital Products
We provide digital products such as guides, toolkits, and online courses focused on AI development and integration best practices.
4. Goods
Our online store may feature physical items, including branded hardware or merchandise.
5. Fees and Billing
All fees are listed in the order details and are due in full at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We accept commonly used payment cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
- Services: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any unused portion of a service. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may have the unused portion applied to a future service engagement with NeuroStack.
- Digital Products: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not initiated any downloads. Once a download has begun, the digital product is non-refundable.
- Goods: You may send back unopened goods within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipment fees. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the items.
- Service Transfers: If you are unable to proceed with a scheduled service, you may transfer the unused portion to a different project or date by notifying us within the applicable refund period.
7. No Refunds for Commenced Work
Once we have begun work on a custom service project, the service is deemed delivered in part. Due to resource allocation and scheduling, such services are not eligible for a refund.
8. Modifications to Services and Products
We reserve the right to make changes to our services, digital products, and goods at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated prior to implementation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroStack’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service or product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
